You have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return. We believe this gives you enough time to ensure our product is right for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with all original packaging, and any labels still attached. You will also need your original receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Order Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@hakkipikkiadivasioil.in. We will quickly assess the issue and work to make things right for you.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
Some items cannot be returned. These include:

Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used (due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our oil).

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about whether your specific item can be returned, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to first return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union "Cooling-Off" Period (if applicable)
If you are located in the European Union, you have an additional right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
